Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in the implementation, optimization, and management of enterprise voice and data networks
- Strong knowledge of advanced technologies such as VoIP, LAN/WAN, IP/MPLS, DWDM, and SCADA systems
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory standards, including NERC CIP compliance
- Hands-on engineering experience in voice, data, and industrial systems integration
- Ability to ensure network reliability, scalability, and security aligned with strategic architecture
- Relevant degree or certifications in a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain voice and data solutions using cutting-edge technologies
- Monitor network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Conduct regular system optimizations and upgrades to enhance functionality
- Collaborate with various teams to align network structures with organizational goals
- Address and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain service continuity
- Ensure all network solutions meet cybersecurity protocols and regulatory requirements
- Participate in architecture discussions to support long-term strategic planning
