Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in JD Edwards administration and support with a minimum of 3 financial modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, JC, etc.)
- Expertise in using and administering JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Solid understanding of enterprise software systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce or HRIS
- Advanced experience with change management processes and controls
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and system implementation processes
- Knowledge of compliance standards within the industry, including SOX and GDPR
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness to relocate to Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional analysis and offer support by collaborating with various departments to transform their business needs into ERP system requirements and specifications
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement, providing ongoing support to resolve user concerns and respond to inquiries
- Configure and customize the ERP system to suit specific business needs, carrying out data mapping, conversions, and validation tasks as required
- Administer User Defined Objects and dashboards for different departments and user groups, suggesting and implementing improvements to boost the ERP systems functionality and efficiency
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and patches while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and audit to ensure the ERP system aligns with organizational objectives
- Develop and implement test plans to confirm the ERP system operates correctly, identifying and addressing any defects or issues through comprehensive testing
- Ensure compliance by managing user access controls and data security protocols, while upholding industry security standards
