Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience with JDE Enterprise One (9.x) Warehouse Management applications
- Proven ability to manage integrations between E1 and external applications like Warehouse Management System, DSI, and EDI
- Strong background in developing and creating SQL queries and EOne code
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge of the JDE Warehouse Management module and its interactions with other JDE and third-party systems
- Expertise in configuring the JDE WMS system, including rules for inventory movement, storage, picking, and replenishment
- Understanding of how WMS integrates with other JDE modules like Sales Order Processing, Procurement, and Inventory Management
- Experience in integrating JDE with external systems to facilitate seamless information transfer
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes to effectively translate business needs into system specifications
- Highly preferred experience in creating, building, and deploying Orchestrations
- Proven track record in leading the migration of WMS and related applications from earlier versions of Eone to 9.2, with knowledge of the latest release
- Experience in multi-plant and multi-instance JDE environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the support and development of the JDE Enterprise One system (9.2)
- Code new functionalities and enhancements within the JDE platform
- Create extensive SQL scripts to meet project requirements
- Conduct functional analysis and provide support by collaborating with various departments to translate their business needs into ERP system requirements
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement
- Offer ongoing support to resolve user inquiries and issues
- Configure and customize the ERP system to meet business specifications
- Carry out data mapping, conversions, and validation tasks as required
- Manage User Defined Objects and dashboards for different departments and user groups
- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and efficiency
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and patches while minimizing disruption to daily operations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding system configurations and processes
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure proper functioning of the ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the ERP system with organizational objectives
- Ensure the ERP system adheres to security measures and compliance standards
- Implement and manage user access controls and data security protocols
- Participate in project planning activities and define detailed project tasks.
