Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar capacity within the construction, engineering, building/infrastructure, or electrical/power generation industries
- At least 5 years of practical experience with the JD Edwards E1 Contract Billing module
- Demonstrated experience with JD Edwards system implementations, integrations, and enhancements
- Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and subcontractor management processes
- Familiarity with construction financial workflows and collaboration with cross-functional business teams and project leadership
- Knowledge of system implementation lifecycles and structured change management
- Awareness of SOX compliance and data privacy regulations
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the implementation and integration of the JD Edwards E1 Contract Billing module and associated applications
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership to enhance financial and operational workflows related to major construction projects
- Manage contract lifecycle tasks, including drafting detailed subcontract agreements and vendor commitments
- Oversee progress payments, retainage, and holds for subcontractors based on project completion
- Maintain change order management processes tied to project contracts
- Administer compliance tracking and documentation logs for insurance certificates, submittals, and transmittals
- Ensure seamless connections with Job Cost, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger for accurate financial reporting and project budget maintenance
- Offer insights on best practices and process enhancements as we expand our JD Edwards functionalities
