Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in upgrading, implementing, and supporting JD Edwards E1 HRIS Modules/Applications
- Proven experience in integrating third-party products with JD Edwards
- Familiarity with Self Service and Payroll processes
- Experience in integrating ATS and VMS into JD Edwards
- Background in Human Resources before transitioning into systems management
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as facilitation and conflict resolution
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Understanding of JD Edwards integration methodology with troubleshooting skills
- Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including best practices and trends
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the integration, implementation, and upgrades of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x
- Assist Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll systems
- Generate reports, data, and insights using various reporting tools
- Offer end-user support and administration for all HR systems, including ATS and online training platforms
- Stay updated on new JD Edwards releases and applications to identify improvement opportunities for business units
- Deepen understanding of customer operations to enhance system utilization and knowledge transfer to users and IT support
- Involve in system upgrades by aiding in planning and testing sessions
- Identify functional requirements and propose viable JD Edwards solutions to management and staff
- Develop or modify software solutions to meet ongoing business needs
