Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
- Over 5 years of expertise in Intel-based computer hardware solutions, ideally within the MIL/Aero sector
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-810 or DO-STD-160 testing standards is a plus
- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Word, Excel, Contact Management Software, and Outlook; experience with Linux and RTOS is advantageous
- Understanding of computer server architectures
- Experience in integrating third-party cards into computer servers
- Comprehensive knowledge of server system impacts related to thermal challenges, power consumption, and systems integration during modifications
- Skilled in troubleshooting IT computing systems and assisting clients with server product issues
- Strong communication capabilities
- Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and operational assistance to the sales team and clients
- Oversee project management, system-level development, and producing quotations
- Create and maintain parts and bills of materials
- Supervise the delivery and assembly of prototype materials
- Conduct system compatibility and compliance testing
- Update and maintain client and program information in HubSpot CRM as needed
- Promptly respond to client inquiries, requests, or product questions
- Collaborate with the sales department and other teams within Trenton on projects and customer needs
- Address product and process challenges related to prototypes and initial production items
- Undertake special projects as assigned by management
- Offer general support to the sales staff
