Requirements
Must:
- Positive disposition and a sincere passion for assisting others.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Fundamental understanding of accounting software, with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online being highly advantageous.
- Proficient general computer skills coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Must be a resident of the State of Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide online software demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our electronic payment and anti-fraud solutions as well as our Bank Reconciliation product line.
- Support clients with software installation, training, licensing, usage, and troubleshooting; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Aid in documenting new features and evaluating new software functionalities for user-friendliness.
