Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience with LAN, WLAN, and NAC solutions
- Expertise in HPE Aruba ClearPass and/or Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- Understanding of LAN and WLAN technologies
- Proficient with TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
- Experience with firewall platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point
- Hands-on experience with 802.1X authentication for wired and wireless networks
- Familiarity with RADIUS and TACACS+ authentication methods
- Ability to design custom NAC policies to meet security and business needs
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network access and authentication issues
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for mentoring junior team members and commitment to continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel as required
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support LAN, WLAN, and NAC solutions as a Subject Matter Expert
- Continuously enhance our delivery methodology
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and design workshops with clients
- Develop proofs of concept and assist clients in transitioning to production environments
- Lead technical demonstrations and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, presentations, and project-specific deliverables
- Provide pre-sales and post-implementation technical support to customers
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and technology partners
- Stay abreast of industry trends and new network and security technologies
- Mentor junior staff and drive internal process improvement initiatives
- Deliver training and technical support to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with diverse project teams to create tailored solutions for clients
