Requirements
Must:
- Over 15 years of experience in portfolio and program management, as well as strategic planning
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, analytics, or information systems; a Masters degree is preferred
- Experience in program governance, with the ability to define standards and create playbooks
- Strong proficiency with KPIs, metrics, reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools
- Capacity to work independently and thrive in ambiguous situations, facilitating decisions and leading teams
- Proven ability to develop strategies, influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and build consensus
- Familiarity with post-merger integration processes is preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in data modeling and data architecture
- Experience in process improvement, with Lean/Six Sigma certification being a plus
- Background in portfolio and program management; PMP certification preferred
- Experience in organizational change management methodologies, specifically Prosci, is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as a critical leader of governance for the Salesforce ecosystem managed by the TruOps team within Global Operations
- Define the vision, strategy, and high-level roadmap to enhance operational processes on the Salesforce platform for the B2B customer lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions (marketing, sales, pricing, legal, operations, billing, and service) to establish consistent governance processes
- Define and monitor KPIs and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of the Salesforce program and reporting analytics
- Lead a team responsible for creating and managing playbooks for operational processes related to Salesforce
- Establish a master data strategy to manage core data standards across the Salesforce platform
- Partner with executive stakeholders to develop and communicate a multi-year shared vision and goals for the Lead-to-Service Salesforce ecosystem
- Promote efficient, automated, integrated processes for governance and internal collaboration
