Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in product management
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, tools, processes, and risk management techniques; SAFe Agile certification is beneficial
- Deep understanding of consumer lending, acquisition funnels, digital marketing, credit data, or offers/marketplace ecosystems
- Proficient in collaboration and project management tools like Confluence and JIRA
- Experience with APIs and technical product components, especially in SaaS or data-centric environments
- Preferred: Experience with credit decisioning, lead generation platforms, or predictive modeling products
- Preferred: Familiarity with API-driven products, partner integrations, and data delivery formats
- Preferred: MBA or equivalent background in developing business cases and commercial strategy
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the productization of Lead Scoring, transforming bespoke engagements into scalable and market-ready solutions
- Convert customer needs, market trends, and analytical insights into explicit product requirements and value propositions
- Work in conjunction with data science, engineering, and analytics teams to define model features, performance standards, and delivery methods
- Establish and manage product roadmaps, feature launch plans, and performance KPIs for Lead Scoring solutions
- Collaborate with strategy, sales, and market development teams to evaluate market opportunities and prioritize new solution ideas
- Perform competitive assessments, market sizing, and partner ecosystem evaluations to steer product development
- Guide build/buy/partner decisions and assist in business case formulation for emerging opportunities
- Contribute to the development and scaling of the Monevo OaaS solution to broaden distribution, enhance consumer experiences, and unlock additional revenue streams
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to optimize product features, data integrations, and performance analytics
- Ensure platform capabilities meet lender demands, regulatory standards, and digital marketplace trends
- Take part in partner enablement strategies, onboarding processes, and product documentation
