Lead Data Scientist - Machine Learning Expert

- Partner with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to foster new business initiatives and deliver valuable product offerings to B2B customers in the US financial services sector - Lead analytic client engagements involving descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis throughout the consumer lending portfolio lifecycle using various analytical techniques (segmentation, logistic regression, survival analysis, etc.) - Design and implement programs for data extraction, segmentation, and statistical analysis on extensive datasets using programming languages like R, SAS, SQL, Hive, and Pig on multiple computing platforms - Present analytic insights and recommendations compellingly for both internal and external audiences, including executives - Create project proposals, sales presentations, and promotional materials to support the acceptance of integrated customer solutions from TransUnion - Identify strategies for clients to trial and embrace TransUnions analytic products and services - Mentor junior team members while providing guidance on ongoing projects with minimal direct supervision - Cultivate a high-performing culture that encourages excellence and aligns with the TransUnion brand
