DevOps Manager, Development Operations

- Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust cloud-native infrastructure. - Manage DevOps initiatives across various teams to ensure high-performance development practices, modern automation techniques, and cloud excellence. - Drive the architecture and deployment of cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS or Google Cloud Platform. - Oversee the design, deployment, and management of extensive Kubernetes clusters that support high-volume workloads with near-perfect reliability. - Establish DevOps strategies, standards, and best practices across teams, fostering automation and operational maturity. - Construct and enhance end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that allow for automated testing, security validation, and seamless deployments. - Set up and uphold Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform or CloudFormation. - Promote continuous improvement through evaluating tools, identifying automation opportunities, and adopting emerging technologies. - Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch). - Ensure compliance with security and governance policies within cloud and containerized environments. - Conduct operational reviews, incident analyses, and develop resilience strategies for critical services. - Mentor and lead DevOps engineers, nurturing a culture of innovation and technical excellence. - Collaborate closely with software engineering, architecture, and product teams to embed DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle. - Build a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
