Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in user experience or interactive design for web and mobile platforms in an agile setting.
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing your expertise in user experience design.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with research partners, design agencies, and vendors.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Create user experiences for both new and existing digital applications.
- Work alongside product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and other UX team members in an agile framework.
- Articulate design decisions, rationale, and best practices to stakeholders from all levels.
- Contribute to the development of design principles, guidelines, and pattern libraries.
- Assist in overseeing a cohesive enterprise design system.
- Keep updated on UX trends, research methodologies, and user preferences.
- Collaborate with the UX Research team to analyze data, conduct usability tests, and aid in user research.
- Operate autonomously with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
- Promote design thinking, user-centered design, and user research within the organization.
- Produce various UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.
