Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or masters degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with unit testing frameworks, particularly pytest
- In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- Experience debugging microservices within an AWS environment (CloudWatch, Roles, etc.)
- Familiarity with LLM architecture and industry best practices
- Strong Linux knowledge along with experience in task automation
- Experience with microservices and managed AWS services (Lambdas, Queues, API Gateway, etc.)
- Proficient in using Git as a version control system
- Awareness of best practices in software development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration within teams
- Creative thinker, capable of refining algorithms according to business needs
- Bilingual in French and English, with professional proficiency in both languages
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement micro-services and tools to enhance our LLM (ARIA) model
- Engage with development managers to discuss ongoing software projects
- Conduct feasibility studies for the enhancement of software systems
- Upgrade existing software systems and suggest improvements for better functionality and efficiency
- Design new software applications, websites, and programs
- Write advanced programming code for various applications
- Perform code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and promote best coding practices
- Manage project timelines and oversee task allocation
- Create technical documentation for newly developed software applications
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings to discuss project progress
- Collaborate with the AI Research team to gather insights and integrate the latest methodologies
- Document development processes and share knowledge while maintaining organized records
- Assist in overseeing the deployment of components developed by our team
- Develop, enhance, and maintain existing services and code
- Respond to troubleshooting and maintenance requests
