Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics fields
- Experience in agile product development
- Minimum of 7 years as a hands-on business analyst, product owner, or product manager of software-based solutions
- Proven track record working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful software products
- Capability to research and explore product and feature opportunities and enhance user experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to swiftly adapt to change and navigate ambiguous problem spaces
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HVAC systems
- Experience with eCommerce solutions, particularly with Salesforce B2B Commerce
- Experience working with external implementation partners
- Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and experience design (XD)
- Experience leading or collaborating with remote teams, including international ones
Responsibilities
- Assume full accountability and transparency for the delivery and success of the assigned product
- Provide effective leadership to both onshore and offshore development teams, which includes crafting user stories and acceptance criteria, planning sprints, and managing the backlog
- Define and execute the product vision, focusing on tools for external partners to enhance their loyalty to our brand
- Maintain a hands-on approach in working with the development team, addressing daily prioritization needs, and offering real-time feedback
- Collaborate with other leaders as required to align strategies and execution paths for optimal results
- Deliver updates, information, and demonstrations of product features and timelines to stakeholders and external partners/vendors
- Conduct or facilitate customer feedback activities to identify business needs, capturing them in user stories and functional expectations
