Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
- Over 3 years of experience in supporting system and subsystem designs, validation testing, and root cause analysis
- Proven track record in conducting new technology and product development projects to enhance functionality, reliability, or cost efficiency
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with teams, especially in a remote or decentralized setting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide overall technical leadership for new product development initiatives
- Engage in all stages of the product development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, integration, and testing
- Establish system architecture and break down design into specific requirements
- Assess trade-offs between different solution strategies
- Conduct system analysis and define interfaces
- Oversee planning and execution of system and performance testing
- Lead design evaluations and technical project reviews
- Participate in investigations and resolution of failures
