Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in building or mechanical engineering, or a technical degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience with building automation and HVAC control systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of various HVAC equipment in buildings, showcasing familiarity with the diverse range present
- Hands-on experience with Direct Digital Control (DDC), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), or similar programming in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC control
- Bilingual in French and English, with full professional proficiency in both languages
Responsibilities
- Utilize Python scripts and front-end user interfaces to aid in the digitization and development of various projects
- Test and deploy algorithms for project implementation and share results with different stakeholders
- Support teams during project handoff, oversee algorithm deployment, and ensure timely project completion
- Comprehend building hierarchy along with names and tags of points
- Collaborate with teams across functions to facilitate building deployments and onboarding processes
- Understand building HVAC designs and document relevant information
- Adhere to standardized procedures for building digital deployment
- Address requests for updates to configurations and necessary control modifications for buildings
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of work processes and procedures
- Provide assistance for post-deployment handoff and contribute to the rollout of client value-added services
- Exhibit strong communication skills
- Take on additional tasks as assigned
