Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Keen attention to detail and logical reasoning
- Capability to conduct research and communicate findings effectively
- Self-directed, customer-service oriented, and team-minded
- Preferably knowledgeable in financial markets, especially fixed income
- Strongly desired experience with FIX API and general API design
- Proficiency in SQL is required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Analyze, specify, and validate product requirements from managers, sales, and end users
- Drive technology decisions and optimize product development processes
- Collaborate with UX designers to develop desktop interface designs
- Ensure product delivery quality through defining acceptance criteria and participating in QA testing
- Plan and execute product releases with the engineering team to meet quality standards
- Prioritize features and resolve conflicts among stakeholders
- Create client-facing documents to enhance product usability
