- 5-10 years of testing experience with exposure to real-time trading systems - Strong grasp of Equity Derivatives Markets - Familiarity with FIX protocol and messaging API - Practical experience in testing Fixed Income Trading Systems - Comprehensive understanding of Test Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Profound knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies - Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and analytical capabilities - Strong documentation skills - Excellent communication abilities, effective at all organizational levels and with clients - Proven track record in managing and delivering high-quality projects within timelines - Sound understanding of application integration and testing - Extensive background in fixed income products, such as Interest Rate Swaps, US Equities, MBS, and US Treasuries - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities - Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Hands-on approach with a commitment to deliver results - Strong customer service orientation and desire to provide high-quality service - Motivated to learn and enhance skills and knowledge - Energetic, flexible, and enthusiastic demeanor - Strong relational skills to build rapport with business users and customers in IT - Capable of working independently as well as in a team setting - Robust analytical and creative problem-solving aptitude - Eloquent in communication, both verbally and in writing - Proactive attitude with capability to fulfill commitments and recognize deadlines
