Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years of experience in C++ programming (personal or professional projects)
- Passion for C++ development
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical expertise
- Proficient in both structural and object-oriented programming, including modern C++ design patterns, templates, and multithreading
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GIT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders across IT and business units
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, effectively managing and resolving issues
- Ability to identify critical production and client-facing challenges and prioritize them appropriately
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications within a C++ environment on both Windows and Linux platforms
- Enhance backend servers (C++) utilized for real-time trading applications
- Actively participate throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with QA and support teams to resolve challenges that emerge during development and testing
