Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
- Solid understanding of SQL Server Stored Procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Naturally curious with exceptional investigative abilities
- Systematic approach to problem resolution
- Familiarity with the Financial Services sector is a plus
- Previous experience in interacting with business stakeholders at all levels
- Availability to provide support outside of regular working hours as necessary
Responsibilities
- Familiarize oneself with our departments operational processes and maintained systems
- Engage in coding, development, testing, and debugging tasks
- Address support requests regarding our products and systems
- Differentiate between expected system behavior, software bugs, and user errors
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to business inquiries
- Safeguard sensitive data and information
- Collaborate with team members on enhancements, bug resolutions, issue tracking, and code deployments
- Take initiative in the support role, finding efficient solutions for common inquiries and promoting self-service within internal teams
