Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant discipline
- 6 to 10 years of experience in an Agile product development setting
- Proficient in mobile development tools for both iOS and Android
- Strong command of C# or C++
- Proficient in JavaScript
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with the ability to self-learn and adapt to shifting project requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration within teams
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise software solutions
- Preferred: Understanding of full-stack development
- Preferred: Back-end development proficiency
- Preferred: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Preferred: Experience in product management or team leadership roles
Responsibilities
- Evaluate project requirements and design architecture for user-facing components
- Oversee segments of the software development lifecycle and work with team members to integrate and deploy solutions
- Contribute to and influence technical decision-making processes
- Create documentation and advocate for best practices within the internal development team

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Full Stack Engineer with mobile application expertise to join our dynamic development team. Our preferred location is Lorton, Virginia, where we encourage on-site collaboration at least twice a week, but we are open to a fully remote arrangement for exceptional candidates.
