Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience - 12+ years of progressively responsible experience, including 8+ years in software development and 4+ years managing complex technology programs with engineering teams - Established history of managing large, customer-facing, cross-functional program initiatives, driving collaboration across diverse teams to develop high-quality solutions - Proven ability to lead the creation of technical roadmaps with a strong emphasis on execution, accountability, and results - Demonstrated capability to influence and work collaboratively with senior executives and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

- Oversee and direct cross-functional technical programs involving interrelated projects, establishing program structures and aligning teams to achieve business or engineering goals - Partner with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and roll out new capabilities by deconstructing complex issues into manageable tasks to ensure timely realization - Organize launch planning among various teams to harmonize program milestones across multiple workflows into a cohesive timeline that meets business aims and customer needs - Formulate and implement scalable, cross-organization processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to deliver extensive programs - Impact both long-term and short-term product and technical strategies - Evaluate risks, devise risk mitigation tactics, foresee potential bottlenecks, manage issue escalation, and collaborate with Product Management on tradeoffs, harmonizing business demands with technical considerations - Oversee the intake queue by prioritizing and categorizing incoming requests, ensuring all tasks are properly allocated and monitored to achieve business objectives and deadlines
