Requirements
Must:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in technology implementations, product management, and technical leadership.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and contemporary software development practices, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying technical and business concepts to various audiences.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of product management experience focused on technical platforms, and 5+ years of experience in people management.
- (Bonus) Masters Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- (Bonus) 3+ years of experience in building and scaling horizontal platforms or cloud-native applications.
- (Bonus) Demonstrated experience in designing large-scale, mission-critical cloud solutions for enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the complete product lifecycle from vision and strategy to design, development, release, and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to gather technical requirements and prioritize features to enhance developer productivity and platform scalability.
- Lead roadmap and backlog refinement using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features that fulfill both technical and business objectives.
- Promote best practices in software development, cloud-native architecture, and automation, driving enhancements across the development ecosystem.
- Establish clear metrics to assess product performance and demonstrate business value, continuously improving the developer experience and ROI.
- Communicate product vision and progress effectively to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, translating complex technical concepts into business impacts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring successful delivery of key platform capabilities and integrations.
