Requirements
Must:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in technology implementations, product management, and technical leadership.
- Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver intricate products in a dynamic, agile setting.
- Profound understanding of cloud technologies and contemporary software development practices, with a strong capacity for resolving technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management expertise focused on technical platforms, and 5+ years of people management experience.
- **Added Bonus**: Masters Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- **Added Bonus**: 3+ years of experience in developing and scaling horizontal platforms or cloud-native applications.
- **Added Bonus**: Proven experience in architecting large-scale, mission-critical cloud solutions for enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) portal, concentrating on unified infrastructure provisioning and application onboarding experiences.
- Provide product leadership by collaborating with customers, engineering, and architecture teams to gather requirements and align on target experiences.
- Define and document user journeys, target state experience diagrams, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and product features.
- Drive the development of self-service onboarding workflows, application, and compute golden paths within the portal.
- Manage UI/UX improvements to enhance usability and increase portal adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment and secure approvals from information security, product, and engineering leadership.
- Validate features through pilot testing and customer feedback to guarantee value delivery.
- Define, design, track, and report on product success metrics, articulating the value delivered in terms of developer productivity and satisfaction.
- Oversee the end-to-end feature lifecycle from ideation through delivery, testing, and rollout within the IDP portal environment.
