Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Other degrees considered with strong coding background
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Cloud platforms
- Exposure to software development in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go)
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
- Experience in REST API development and knowledge of software design patterns, best practices, and coding standards
- Familiarity with version control practices including branching, merging, and code review
- Proficiency in setting up CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and code quality checks
- Strong skills in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Groovy for CI/CD workflow automation
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools for performance tracking and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced programming skills in relevant languages
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and troubleshooting abilities
- Passion for technology, data, and continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to grasp business requirements
- Integrate architectural direction into software designs
- Produce comprehensive functional and technical code for platforms and applications
- Drive innovation utilizing technical expertise to achieve impactful results
- Lead the development of independent components and sub-groups within the software factory
- Work collaboratively with other technologists to enhance platform capabilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues within platform services and CI/CD pipelines
