Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles
- Thorough understanding of SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident response
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services such as EKS, Lambda, CloudWAN, EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, and Systems Manager
- Strong background in network architecture and protocols within AWS
- Experience in developing automated remediation and self-healing systems
- Proficient in Terraform, Python, Bash, and infrastructure as code methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Harness, as well as observability platforms like Dynatrace and CloudWatch
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and cloud security best practices
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and collaborative skills
- Ability to function independently and as part of a diverse team
Responsibilities
- Operate and enhance cloud-native infrastructure in AWS with an emphasis on EKS, Lambda, CloudWAN, Systems Manager, and ECR
- Develop and maintain self-healing automation workflows to minimize manual effort and boost uptime
- Create and manage Automation Documents with AWS Systems Manager for better operational efficiency
- Define, track, and improve system reliability metrics such as SLIs and SLOs
- Implement monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and AWS native tools like CloudWatch
- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform for consistent and scalable deployments
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub and Harness
- Engage in incident management, participate in on-call rotations, and lead post-incident reviews without assigning blame
- Collaborate with cloud development teams to enhance architecture, delivery, and performance of systems
- Diagnose cloud infrastructure and networking issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA)
- Identify and execute opportunities for enhancing reliability, performance, and operational processes
