Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in software engineering principles.
- Over 15 years of hands-on software development experience with a demonstrated ability to design and manage large-scale, production-grade systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Service Platform technologies including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agent force, Omni-Channel, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omni Studio, and Salesforce Shield.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce integration patterns using REST, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, and middleware.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Proven capability to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications with a focus on operational excellence.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado or Harness integrated with Salesforce.
- Practical experience with observability, application security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to GenAI-powered practices in software development lifecycle, including AI-assisted development, testing, and code review.

- Lead the design and execution of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and related technologies to develop scalable, secure, and versatile platforms.
- Manage complex, cross-domain technical initiatives involving Salesforce, backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Make architecture decisions and enforce engineering best practices to guarantee operational excellence, performance, and resilience.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams through design reviews, pair programming, and architectural direction.
- Drive innovation by incorporating emerging AI-powered development tools and automation into the software lifecycle.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and observability through careful design and implementation.
