Requirements
Must:
- Extensive software development expertise, particularly with Java, Beanshell, and REST APIs.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IAM solutions, along with a solid grasp of their architecture and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Strong knowledge in IAM lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance principles.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS in relation to IAM solutions.
- Experience in Agile development environments, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify security vulnerabilities and propose innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver top-tier IAM solutions, including necessary enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, implement, and support comprehensive identity solutions.
- Ensure that IAM solutions align with the organizations risk management, security, and compliance standards.
- Assist in the development of IAM roadmaps that correspond with Toyotas broader security goals.
- Engage in Sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to ensure timely IAM deliverables that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support during security incidents related to IAM issues.
- Understand business processes and suggest IAM solutions to address security vulnerabilities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging IAM technologies, recommending improvements to enhance security continuously.
