Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field - Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ceremonies - Experience using Jira or similar project management tools for story writing and backlog management - Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams - Comfort in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn from experienced product managers and developers - Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, pose relevant questions, and suggest solutions - Strong attention to detail in documenting requirements and managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather comprehensive product requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment on product goals, scope, and priorities. Act as a liaison to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities. - Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager. - Create, update, and manage user stories, tasks, and bugs in Jira. Ensure all tickets are clearly defined, appropriately categorized, and linked to relevant epics or features. - Support the analysis of product performance metrics and user feedback to spot trends, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement. Aid data-driven decision-making by preparing reports and dashboards. - Work closely with QA teams to ensure requirements are testable and help validate new features against acceptance criteria.
