Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of professional experience in software development.
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering with a solid technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, REST API, real-time streaming frameworks, and microservices architecture patterns.
- Proven track record of delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS or other major cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and event-driven architecture principles in real-world applications.
- Strong background in microservices and REST APIs.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), version control, and DevOps technologies.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Document DB.
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch.
- Ownership mindset, with capabilities in writing, testing, and validating code to maintain high quality and reliability.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with experience collaborating across architecture, engineering, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and create scalable applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to implement complex architectures and contribute to development initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders in Agile environments to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Provide clarity to ambiguous requirements through sound engineering judgment and proactive initiative.
- Take ownership of critical components, focusing on performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and elevate team standards through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Adhere to best practices in testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure to ensure quality and scalability.
