Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth technical knowledge of SailPoint (IIQ/ISC), Okta (CIAM and Workforce Identity), and Privileged Access Management tools like CyberArk.
- Demonstrated competence in managing IAM operations, encompassing lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance adherence.
- Solid grasp of security frameworks and regulatory requirements pertinent to the financial services sector.
- Experience leading Agile teams and managing projects with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at influencing and collaborating across various levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing IAM engineering team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
- Oversee the teams workload, prioritize objectives, and effectively allocate resources to meet business and security requirements.
- Promote knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Operations, Governance, Incident Response, and Engineering to align IAM initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Manage internal service delivery to TMCC and externally to peer organizations within Toyota Sales Finance Companies.
- Supervise the continuous operation, support, and optimization of IAM solutions, including SailPoint IIQ/ISC.
- Coordinate cross-functional relationships and processes across IAM technologies.
- Ensure IAM systems comply with security, regulatory, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance IAM processes, automation, and operational efficiency using methodologies like ITIL, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Lead incident response activities concerning identity and access security, providing technical direction and swift resolutions.
- Create and implement the IAM teams strategic roadmap in alignment with Toyotas overarching security strategy and business priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective technical IAM solutions.
- Remain updated on industry trends, emerging IAM technologies, and best practices to innovate and safeguard the IAM program.
- Serve as the primary liaison for SailPoint-related projects, updating senior leadership and business partners on status, risks, and opportunities.
- Advocate for IAM priorities and resource requirements within the organization.
