Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of professional software development experience, particularly with Java, Bean Shell, and REST APIs.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with a solid understanding of their architecture and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance concepts.
- Experience in ensuring IAM solutions comply with industry standards such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying security vulnerabilities and proposing innovative solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred.
- IAM certifications such as SailPoint Certified Identity IQ Engineer or ISC2 certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in Risk and Compliance specific to Financial Services or Insurance is a plus.
- Knowledge of integrating IAM with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality IAM solutions, focusing on enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support comprehensive identity solutions.
- Ensure all IAM solutions align with the organizations risk, security, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to the development of IAM roadmaps that align with Toyotas broader security goals.
- Engage in Sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to ensure timely IAM deliverables that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support during security incidents related to IAM.
- Understand business operations and propose IAM solutions to address security gaps.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging IAM technologies, recommending improvements for ongoing security enhancements.
