Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in a technical or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or similar disciplines.
- Approximately 1 year of experience or internship in Identity and Access Management or related IT security areas.
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with the SailPoint Identity Governance platform is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Okta or other identity management systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts.
- Understanding of identity protocols like SAML, OAuth2, or OIDC is desirable.
- Experience or academic knowledge in Active Directory, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), and account provisioning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Awareness of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, or PCI-DSS is beneficial but not required.
- Prior exposure to IT service management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or Confluence is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of the SailPoint Identity Governance platform to manage user access, certifications, and compliance.
- Support the integration of SailPoint with IT service management (ITSM), security information and event management (SIEM), and other infrastructure systems.
- Help manage Okta Workforce Identity services, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user lifecycle management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Okta integrations and workflows to ensure seamless authentication and application access.
- Learn to implement federated identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth for partner and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with security, governance, and engineering teams to uphold secure and compliant access controls.
- Assist in ensuring IAM solutions adhere to governance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
- Participate in incident response activities related to identity and access management.
- Stay informed on IAM trends and technologies to contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
