Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of practical experience in Identity and Access Management, with expert-level knowledge in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and ISC.
- Extensive expertise in identity lifecycle management, including joiner/mover/leaver workflows, access certification, policy automation, and troubleshooting Connector configurations (Active Directory, HR systems, SaaS applications).
- Strong comprehension of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS) and experience in aligning IAM operations with audit standards.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Lean, and Agile methodologies, including tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Background in migration between IIQ and ISC or operating in hybrid coexistence scenarios is highly regarded.
- Experience working with SailPoint REST APIs for automation and operational tools.
- Ability to write or troubleshoot BeanShell (IIQ) and JSON-based rules (ISC).
- Acquainted with SailPoint plugin management, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of custom connector troubleshooting, covering schema discovery and provisioning logic.
- Understanding of Identity Governance concepts, such as Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, risk assessment, and access modeling.
- Familiar with CIAM solutions like Okta and Auth0, with experience in designing and managing customer identity offerings being advantageous.
- Competent in identity and access protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and WebAuthN.
- Proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams in complex IAM ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation, support, and enhancement of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and ISC platforms, emphasizing identity lifecycle management, access governance, policy automation, and integrations with HR systems.
- Work closely with Governance, Incident Response, Engineering, and Compliance teams to align IAM operations with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
- Manage and support Okta/Auth0 CIAM platforms as secondary responsibilities to ensure secure and scalable customer identity solutions.
- Lead technical responses during identity-related security incidents, offering expert guidance and resolutions.
- Maintain and support IIQ Rules, such as Before/After Provisioning Rules, Correlation Rules, and Custom Workflows.
- Oversee IIQ application onboarding configurations, managing schema updates, attribute mappings, and provisioning policies.
- Support IIQ Certifications, including campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and remediation.
- Mentor and coach junior IAM engineers, fostering knowledge exchange and skill enhancement within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by keeping abreast of IAM trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Support the integration and operational readiness of additional IAM tools and PAM solutions as required.
- Ensure that IAM processes and solutions comply with audit readiness and compliance standards.
