Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related position (Internships, co-ops, or part-time roles are acceptable)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or pursuing a CompTIA A+ certification or similar
- Reliable transportation to travel between various company locations during work hours
- Ability to lift and maneuver basic IT equipment (desktops, monitors, printers)
- Comfortable operating in a Windows environment; familiarity with MacOS is a bonus
- Basic knowledge of office networks, printers, and hardware
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or similar tools
- Strong emphasis on attitude and communication skills alongside experience
Responsibilities
- Assist employees with routine computer issues
- Set up new users, laptops, desktops, and other equipment
- Relocate and replace computers and peripherals as needed
- Troubleshoot printer problems and basic network issues
- Address fundamental virus or malware concerns
- Reset passwords and manage user access
- Track issues and ensure they are resolved
- Maintain an inventory of IT supplies
- Engage in hands-on technical tasks
- Communicate frequently with the IT Lead
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment
- Listen to music while working and promote a positive atmosphere
- Encourage high-fives and celebrate team successes
