Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support, deskside support, or IT support
- Proficient in Windows operating systems
- Capable of diagnosing desktop and laptop hardware issues
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications
- Understanding of basic networking principles (LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Experienced in managing Active Directory
- Familiar with ITSM/ticketing systems
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in an onsite setting
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support for end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and desktop problems
- Maintain and support Windows desktops and laptops (macOS experience is a plus)
- Configure, install, and deploy PCs, printers, monitors, and peripherals
- Execute imaging, workstation setup, and break/fix support
- Offer support for Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Manage Microsoft Intune
- Oversee Active Directory user account management (including password resets and group memberships)
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Utilize IT ticketing systems (Autotask)
- Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and standard procedures
- Escalate complex issues as needed and ensure tracking through to resolution
