Requirements
Must:

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of the IT Service Manager
- Engage in a range of technical, customer service, and administrative tasks
- Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on IT systems
- Manage upgrades and sales of laptops, desktops, servers, and network equipment
- Provide support for services such as email and VoIP systems
- Assist customers both in-person and through phone and email communications
