Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an enterprise environment
- Proficient in F5 technologies
- Experience with End to End VIP and Wide IP Creation
- Knowledge of SNAT and Certificates
- Understanding of one-arm vs two-arm records
- Familiarity with regional settings and profiles
- Capable of monitoring, DNS, VPN, and Firewall Services
- Experienced with GlobalProtect/Prisma Access from Palo Alto
- Proficient with F5 APM from F5
- Knowledge of endpoint client behavior and compliance checks
- Familiar with Panorama
- Skilled in ruleset evaluation and traffic log analysis
- Ability to manage and create rules audits
- Experience in a collaborative team setting
- Quick adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking abilities and independent work capability
Responsibilities
- Administer and support a 24x7 infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues across all layers of the OSI model
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and document issues for future reference
- Monitor system performance and implement tuning as necessary
- Collaborate effectively on interdepartmental projects
- Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and service records
- Communicate promptly regarding status updates on critical tasks
- Provide 24x7 support for specified infrastructure requirements
