Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years focused on implementing and deploying AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Proficient hands-on experience with:
- Python and contemporary AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
- Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, agentic AI, and conversational AI (voice and chat)
- Proven capacity to excel in dynamic, rapidly evolving, or startup environments.
- Track record of transforming early-stage concepts into production-ready systems.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with a history of collaborating across technical, product, and business teams.
- Additional desirable qualifications:
- Experience in training and fine-tuning models using proprietary or domain-specific datasets, then deploying them effectively in production.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions, including voice agents, chatbots, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems, integrated with internal tools and services.
- Construct and enhance voice agent carrier handoff logic.
- Collaborate with call-center engineering teams to incorporate AI into live call routing systems.
- Create automated evaluation tools aimed at assessing and enhancing voice AI performance.
- Integrate AI systems with MCP servers, APIs, and existing platforms utilizing Python and modern frameworks.
- Work cross-functionally to establish success criteria, assess business impact, and swiftly iterate based on outcomes.
- Articulate complex technical ideas in a clear, accessible manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer to roll out new features on a weekly basis.
