Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in producing web applications
- Proficient with various AI coding tools and their applications
- Prior experience in engineering management is a plus but a focus on technical leadership is preferred
- Strong written communication skills for creating concise RFCs, Loom presentations, and detailed code reviews
- Commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest AI developments, including research and insights from industry sources
- Familiarity with Laravel, React, PHP, MySQL, AWS, Docker, and other related technologies
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy features using Laravel and PHP/Laravel for both front-end and back-end development on AWS
- Execute extensive Blitzy runs for comprehensive refactoring and evaluate the resulting pull requests
- Set up AI-assisted development best practices which include prompt patterns, validation gates, and automated testing
- Collaborate with the Product team to guide technical strategy, ensuring we focus on solving the right challenges
- Automate CI/CD processes and infrastructure management with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to enable efficient self-service deployment
