Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of overall experience in IT systems engineering
- Proficiency in Backstage, Typescript, Node.js, Express, and Lambda
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Knowledge of cloud and platform engineering is preferred
- Experience in API development and Go is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop software and infrastructure for orchestration components using preferred tools and best practices
- Guide team members in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues
- Review and sanction the planning and execution of security protocols
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for adjustments
- Advise the organization on future changes necessary for improvement
- Carry out other assigned tasks as needed
