Requirements
Must:
- 2-5 years of experience in a previous IT position
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer and network issues
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are advantageous
- Familiarity with camera systems and access control is beneficial
- Experience using power tools and scissor lifts is a plus
- Knowledge of structured cabling and conduit work is favorable
- Valid drivers license and a dependable personal vehicle with insurance
- Capability to successfully pass a thorough background check
Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1, 2, and 3 IT support to clients, primarily through remote assistance from our Mason office with some on-site visits
- Execute IT projects including PC setups, server upgrades, cloud migrations, office relocations, and comprehensive IT infrastructure installations
- Identify and rectify hardware, software, and network problems
- Manage networking and security systems, such as firewall configuration, VPN installations, and wireless networks
- Maintain meticulous documentation of IT environments, troubleshooting methods, and project activities
