Must:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst who has either a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in technical support. It is essential that you have an understanding of networking protocols and systems, along with proficiency in remote support tools, such as TeamViewer. A strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications is crucial. You should possess excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. A willingness to travel for on-site support when necessary, along with being dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, is expected.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will expect you to provide first-level technical support to users throughout the organization. You will respond to support requests via a ticketing system, phone, or in person. Diagnosing and solving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity will be key tasks. You will utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot and resolve user problems. Occasional travel to client sites may be required for on-site support and maintenance. Furthermore, you will be tasked with installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware, software, and peripheral devices. It will be your responsibility to maintain and manage network cables and basic infrastructure components, as well as provide basic training and guidance to end-users on systems and applications. Documenting support activities and keeping accurate service records will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with IT team members to ensure timely and effective issue resolution will be essential.

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour.
