Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or similar relevant experience
- In-depth understanding of WMS process flows, including picking, packing, and replenishment
- Preferred experience with Koerber/HighJump WMS solutions
- Minimum 3 years of SQL development experience encompassing code, procedures, tables, and views
- At least 1 year of reporting experience utilizing SSRS, Power BI, or comparable tools
- Proficient in SQL Server, relational databases, and T-SQL programming
- Familiarity with distribution center operations, inventory management, and supply chain basics
- Knowledge of systems integration concepts and middleware connections
- Strong technical documentation skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test WMS solutions within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Configure new distribution centers and associated workflows specific to sites
- Create WMS processes focused on improving transparency and simplicity
- Develop intricate T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts
- Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration of WMS with middleware and enterprise systems
- Formulate reporting solutions using Bartender, SSRS, and Power BI
- Ensure accuracy and accessibility in WMS data architecture
- Manage WMS changes across development, testing, and production environments
- Support efficient deployment of releases and enhancements
- Provide third-level support for outages and escalated issues, focusing on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Facilitate WMS implementation for new warehouse locations, including leading HyperCare efforts during and post go-live
- Guide, train, and direct the WMS support team members
- Cross-train team members in middleware connectivity for comprehensive troubleshooting
- Document and develop training materials efficiently
- Analyze warehouse operations to uncover WMS improvement opportunities
