Requirements
Must:
- Associates degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in network operations and maintenance, particularly with medium to large-scale networks (200+ terminals)
- Skilled in planning, implementing, and managing data centers and network operations
- Competent in installing, debugging, and maintaining network equipment from major manufacturers like Ruijie, Cisco, Fortinet, and Extreme
- Proficient in popular operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Proficient in spoken Chinese and English
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration with business departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to propose effective solutions for complex issues
- High sense of responsibility and the ability to handle work pressure
- Customer-focused service mindset, prioritizing business needs and adept at troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction, maintenance, and optimization of the logistics parks business network, ensuring its stability, security, and timely risk management
- Implement and maintain network equipment and projects to facilitate seamless business operations, while also maintaining daily office and operational production equipment (computers, printers, PDAs, etc.) for optimal performance
- Work closely with business departments to provide hands-on maintenance support and manage network assets; willing to travel short distances to assist in local business operations
- Exhibit strong service awareness and responsibility while demonstrating excellent learning ability and effective communication and teamwork skills
Description
