Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related field.
- Data-driven; an analytical thinker with experience in utilizing data and metrics to influence decisions.
- Background in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy.
- Proven ability to oversee projects from conception through implementation.
- Familiarity with process optimization and initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency.
- Experience in managing or collaborating within cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrating strong analytical skills through data interpretation.
- Cultivating strong relationships with various cross-functional partners to grasp their business units and priorities.
- Identifying new and existing opportunities to refine operational strategies and bolster productivity.
- Establishing top-tier frameworks for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Engaging in projects that focus on areas such as Creator Performance Management, nurturing high-potential TikTok Creators, and merchandising for leading e-commerce creators.
