Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience related to product management (internships, apprenticeships, education, or junior positions)
- Understanding of agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
- Knowledge of Jira and backlog management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A mindset characterized by curiosity, accountability, and proactivity
Responsibilities
- Engage in all phases of the product development lifecycle
- Facilitate daily sprint execution and ensure readiness of the backlog
- Craft clear and actionable user stories along with acceptance criteria
- Assist in sprint ceremonies, including standups, planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine flows, requirements, and intent
- Work together with engineering to resolve queries and eliminate roadblocks
- Monitor sprint progress, potential risks, and dependencies
- Maintain a high level of Jira organization and accurate reporting
- Gain knowledge in product discovery, prioritization, and measurement through practical engagement
