Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting or systems administration
- In-depth understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols
- Excellent communication skills and client engagement capabilities
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications (preferred)
- Experience with virtualization solutions (preferred)
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery methods (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client IT infrastructure and business needs
- Propose and implement technology solutions
- Deliver system configuration and integration assistance
- Oversee cloud migrations and software rollouts
- Diagnose and resolve network and system challenges
- Adhere to cybersecurity best practices
- Create technical documentation and reports
- Foster ongoing client relationships and ensure quality service delivery
