Senior IT Project Manager

- Develop detailed project plans that define scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution - Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure - Employ formal project management tools to ensure successful execution - Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee timely, budget-compliant, and quality deliverables - Manage projects in both Waterfall and Agile/hybrid settings - Ensure structured governance and compliance with PM best practices - Administer enterprise-level Financial Systems projects (Oracle EBS preferred; SAP acceptable) - Deliver complex implementations, upgrades, or enhancements - Guarantee seamless integration with business processes and enterprise systems - Identify and mitigate risks proactively - Manage scope, schedule, and budget modifications with appropriate documentation and approval - Prevent potential issues before they escalate - Cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leaders - Provide high-quality status reports in a concise manner - Lead discussions confidently with senior-level audiences - Maintain effective communication across different global regions (LATAM, EMEA, NA) - Manage project personnel and resources effectively - Ensure high standards of quality and compliance are met - Drive accountability within project teams - Ensure that all deliverables are finalized and closed formally - Conduct project evaluations and document lessons learned
